Q: Can I really go from writing functions to building Agents in a weekend?
A: Yes. Hooks & config is the foundation (half a day), Agent building is the core (a day of practice), and the skill ecosystem is the accelerator (half a day of browsing and installing). The 3 Skill categories each focus on a different area; install them in order and you'll be up to speed by the end of the weekend.
Q: Are these Skills free? Will they cost extra Claude Code quota?
A: All 3 categories of Skills are free and open source. Skills themselves don't consume quota; only when Claude Code executes a Skill does it count against your normal API usage. Using Skills can actually save tokens compared to writing prompts manually.
Q: I'm not using Claude Code but Cursor or Codex. Can I install these Skills?
A: Yes. These Skills are agent-agnostic, so Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and WorkBuddy can all install them. The process is the same — download from meyo.life, extract to your agent's Skill directory.
Q: Hooks sound very technical. Can I learn them without coding experience?
A: Yes. moai-foundation-cc and code-with-claude both provide ready-to-use Hooks templates. You just pick a scenario (like auto-format on commit), copy the config, and you're done — no need to write from scratch.
Q: Claude Code can't find the Skill after I installed it. What should I do?
A: 90% of the time it's a directory path issue (different Claude Code versions have different paths). The simplest fix: after installing deep-skill-finder, ask Claude Code to "diagnose my skill directory" and it will troubleshoot and suggest fixes.
Q: I don't want to install deep-skill-finder. Can I just manually install a single Skill?
A: Absolutely. Each Skill card above has a "Copy" button. Just copy and paste it to your agent to install. deep-skill-finder simply lets Claude Code find Skills on its own going forward; it's not a prerequisite.
